Install free Toolbox
Install the main free edition or Classic, run TeraToolbox.exe and add modules. Start Toolbox before entering the game.
Choose and download your edition
Find your server on the download page. The main free edition is available as a Beta installer; Classic is available as a ZIP archive.
Go to downloads →Install the application
For the main edition, run TeraToolboxSetup.exe and follow the wizard. Use a separate installation folder for Beta.
Classic: extract the archive
Extract the entire ZIP archive into a separate folder. Keep its files and subfolders together: TeraToolbox.exe alone is not enough. If the archive does not run, ask on Discord for help with dependencies.
Start Toolbox and let it update
Open TeraToolbox.exe from the application folder. The first launch may take longer while Toolbox downloads required files and updates.
TeraToolbox.exeChoose modules and start the game
Review My Mods, add the modules you need from Get More Mods and configure the application in Settings. Press Start!, then launch TERA as usual.
